Phil Parkinson en Miljevich Named As Rhinelander City Attorney <p>After 33 years, Rhinelander will have a new city attorney beginning next month.</p><p>The city council Monday night hired Carrie Miljevich of Rhinelander to succeed Phil Parkinson.
