Langlade County Sheriff Bill Greening has identified the body found Tuesday in a home in the town of Summit.
Greening says 48 year old Robert L. Bathke was found in a home destroyed by fire on county road "H" in northwestern Langlade county.
Investigators found that Bathke set a fire first to the barn located on the property and then to the home.
Greening says Bathke then committed suicide inside the home with a firearm.
