Due To Downtown Construction, Rhinelander Has New Parade Route

en.wikipedia.org

Despite extensive downtown construction, Rhinelander’s annual 4th of July parade will still happen, but with an alternative route. Rhinelander City Clerk, Val Foley says the parade route will start in front of the courthouse. It will travel down Davenport street until it reaches Pelham, and take a left on Pelham. It will then proceed down Pelham and down the one-way street in the opposite direction past city hall. Continue down Pehlam to Courtney street and take a right on Courtney street.

Foley says they are approaching 100 entries in the parade. Families, groups, or businesses interested in being in the parade can fill out a form on the downtown Rhinelander website.

The kiddie parade route will start at 10am at the courthouse. It will go down Davenport street, turn left and go halfway down Pelham and then come back.

The parade will start at 11am at the courthouse. For more information go to downtownrhinelander.com
