Duffy: Madison A "communist community"

Wikimedia Commons

House Republican Sean Duffy of Wausau does not apologize for calling Madison a "communist community" on Fox News.

He tweeted Wednesday that the "P-C crowd is humorless" -- and for those offended, he'll send therapy dogs to their "safe place of choice."

Duffy went on Fox News last week to talk about the presidential recount which he calls "frivolous" -- and with almost no change so far, Duffy asked if House Democrat Mark Pocan of Madison and Senate Democrat Tammy Baldwin would accept the results and denounce the recount sought by the Green Party's Jill Stein to see if electronic votes were hacked.

Duffy told Fox News that Dane County was the only one counting votes by hand, "taking as long as they can" while it could "disenfranchise voters" come December 19th when the Electoral College picks the new president.

But officials now say the recount will finish by next week's deadline -- and 49 of the 72 counties tallied all votes by hand, not just Dane. Pocan wants Duffy to apologize, saying it would be a "bad day" if Duffy tries to "Trumpize Wisconsin."
