This weekend is all about art in the Northwoods. The Warehouse in Eagle River has partnered with the Olson E. Memorial Library to offer a day long arts program called Eagle River Creates.

We will be having digital to old school as far as hands on activities for people. The library’s going to have stop motion animation so people can come in and use ipads and apps that the library is furnishing to create their own stop motion animation films, we will also be doing photo booths.

Jircik says pottery firing will also be available for a small cost; otherwise the event is free and open to the public.

The event is Saturday, May 7 from 10am to 4pm.
