The explosion at a home last week is likely caused by gas.

The preliminary results from the Division of Criminal Investigation-Office of the State Fire Marshall’s investigation are that the incident at 5078 Sand Lake Road last Friday morning in the town of Sugar Camp was a gas vapor explosion. The home has a propane gas tank.

Emergency crews were called after that home exploded. Two other buildings in the area were damaged. No injuries were reported.
