The annual Hodag Musky Challenge needs volunteers to staff boats and register fish over the tournament weekend, September 23rd through the 25th.
The tournament hours are 7am to 5pm on Saturday and 7am to noon on Sunday. Volunteers must provide their own boat, but official measuring boards and supplies will be provided. Director of the Rhinelander Area Chamber of Commerce, Bill Clow says this a great opportunity for people who want to get out on the water.
“We’re looking for people that enjoy being on the water.. Wouldn’t mind being on the water for the day. Both Saturday, September twenty-fourth and Sunday, September twenty-fifth.”
Clow says volunteers will get a $25 gas card and $50 cash for each day they volunteer.
Volunteers may opt to have their payment given to their Club, Lake Association of their choice.
