The next Iron County Citizen's Forum will look at the changing world of medicine in the Northwoods.
Organizer Terry Daulton says the goal is to look at what is being provided and what still needs to be done...
"....we're hoping to get input from citizens in our area about what the needs are and what kinds of opportunities we might have in the future better improve our medical care services...."
The three panelists include Carolyn Kolson-Janov, Director of Iron County Social Services, Dr, Nils Olson, who has been a doctor in the Mercer area for 40 years, and Dr. Christopher Pogliano from Grand View Aspirus Hospital in Ironwood.
The forum is Tuesday, November 10 at 7:00 p.m. at the Oma town hall, about five miles south of Hurley on Highway 51. For more information call Terry Daulton at 715-476-3530.
