An event designed to raise money for silent sport trails in the Northwoods is set for this weekend.
The Lakeland Area Mountain Bike Organization is sponsoring LAMBO-Rama, previously known as Bike-Oh-Rama. This will be the second year for the event held on the Raven trails in Woodruff this Saturday September 24 at the Northwoods Zip Line trails in Minocqua, Sunday September 25.
Saturday’s check-in will begin at the Clear Lake Picnic Shelter at 10am. Sunday’s check-in will begin at the Northwoods Zip Line parking lot around 10am. The LAMBO-Rama celebration begins at 5pm Saturday at the Clear Lake Picnic Shelter in Woodruff. Musician Phyl Wickham will provide entertainment Saturday evening. There will be prizes raffled off, including a mountain bike.

Black says they will ride the Raven trails Saturday before the evening celebration. There will be LAMBO riders on hand for guided rides with bike skills clinics with a certified instructor along with maintenance clinics throughout each day. More information is available atlamboriders . org
