A Mercer woman who had been listed as the Executive Director of the Mercer Chamber of Commerce has been charged with three counts of theft from a business setting.
According to online court records, 45 year old Tina M. Brunell will be in Iron County court November 8 for an initial appearance.
The three felonies allege Brunell committed theft from a business setting of more than $10,000, a second charge of theft over $5,000 and identity theft.
