Following a referendum vote earlier this month, the Newbold town board voted this week to set guidelines for approving specific atv/utv routes in Newbold.
Town Chair David Kroll says a motion to open all town roads for atv-utv's failed by a two yes, three no vote. A second motion to form a study group for six months failed on a one yes, 4 no vote, before the third motion passed unanimously.
Kroll says he will be bringing suggestions back to a meeting of the board on April 27.
