Nominations For The Top 10 Citizens Under Age 40 Wanted

Forward Rhinelander

While the demographics of the Northwoods show a majority of the population is over 40 years of age, a local group wants to highlight the accomplishments of younger people in Rhinelander.

A member of the group Forward Rhinelander, Ben Meyer, says they want to demonstrate the vibrancy of the community by recognizing outstanding young adult community members....

"....young people in our community are a big part of that group and what makes Rhinelander a great place to live, work and play. Forward Rhinelander is planning on recognizing the top 10 under 40(years of age) individuals in our community...."

Meyer says those persons are eligible from what they do in a business setting, what they do in a community setting, what they do through they're leadership. He says those ten people will be an example of why the community is vibrant through all age levels..

"...Forward Rhinelander is accpeting nominations now on it's website. The only requirements are the individual is age 39 or younger by March 31, and they either work or live within the boundaries of the School District of Rhinelander. We'll have a panel of judges will select our honorees and they'll be recognized at a Business After 5 in May...."
