OC Supervisors File Complaint Against Third Supervisor

en.wikipedia.org

Two Oneida county board supervisors have filed ethics complaints against a third supervisor.

The Northwoods River News is reporting supervisors Ted Cushing and Lance Krolczyk filed the complaints against fellow supervisor Jack Sorenson.

At the May meeting, Sorenson made sharply critical comments about campaign flyers distributed in four districts prior to the last county elections.

The complaints center on code of conduct rules within the county board.
Committees will hear the complaint. Sorenson has retained well-known Northwoods attorney Jeffrey Jackomino to represent him.

Sorenson called the cards "rotten politics" in what is supposed to be non-partisan elections. In an interview with WXPR, State Senator Tom Tiffany, an Oneida county resident, said he helped with the fliers saying he was concerned about those issues represented on the fliers.

The results were mixed  as two candidates were elected and two were not.
