A $1 million bond has been set for one of five men suspected in the death of Wayne Valliere, Jr. of Lac du Flambeau. Last Friday, a judge set the high bond for 27-year-old Richard F. A. Allen, charged with first-degree intentional homicide.
Four other suspects are likely to be charged this week according to reports.Officials say the others are being transported to Iron county to face charges.
Valliere was last seen December 22. He was reported missing on Christmas day. His body was found January 1 in the town of Mercer.
WJFW TV is reporting a fund has been set up at the Chippewa Valley Bank in Lac du Flambeau.
