The Rhinelander Area Chamber of Commerce has announced the departure of Director, Bill Clow. According to a press release released today Clow’s departure was effective Oct. 3. Clow took over the Chamber’s operations December of 2015.
According to the press release, the Rhinelander Area Chamber of Commerce is organized to advance the general welfare and prosperity of the greater Rhinelander area so that its citizens in all areas of its business community shall prosper. All necessary means of promotion shall be provided and particular attention and emphasis shall be given to the economic, civic, commercial, cultural, industrial and educational interests of the area.
The press release says board President Eric Britton will be stepping in to handle the day-to-day operations. The Chamber Board will discuss the search for a new director in the coming weeks. No further information is currently available.
