Twice a week, a committed group of people in Rhinelander start their day not with a shower, a cup of coffee or the morning newspaper. They roll out of bed and begin sweating almost immediately.
They’re part of Sue Koch’s early-morning indoor spin class at the YMCA of the Northwoods, and most mornings, they start pedaling long before the sun comes up.
