Rhinelander Woman Gets Federal Prison Time

A Rhinelander woman is headed back to prison for possessing a firearm  as a convicted felon.

29-year-old Bonnie T. Wolff will spend 90 months in federal prison after pleading guilty to possessing  a firearm and ammunition as a convicted felon back on January 15th.

Judge William Conely based the length of sentence on Wolff’s large criminal history in both Wisconsin and Minnesota dating back to when she was 18. She was arrested in August of 2014 in a sting by selling a loaded and stolen rifle to undercover officers.

Wolff will be under supervision for three years after her release.
