Sisco Enters Deferred Prosecution Agreement

Oneida County Sheriff's Department

The man apprehended in Indiana with a Rhinelander-area teen wanted for murder and false imprisonment has entered into a deferred prosecution agreement with Oneida county after pleading no contest to sex with an underage person.

22 year old Ryan Sisco was arrested Thursday. Sisco entered a deferred prosecution agreement after entering the no contest plea Tuesday. Court records indicate Sisco now lives in Bethpage, Tennessee after living in Tomahawk.

Sisco and 17 year old Ashlee Martinson were stopped in Indiana after an arrest warrant was issued for Martinson in March. Martinson's parents were found dead  in their town of Piehl home. Authorities say they don't believe Sisco was involved in the alleged homicides. Martinson will next be in court in June.

Oneida County Court will hold the case open until next year to see if Sisco has followed the courts orders.
