Wisconsin Senate Democrats last week unveiled the "Badger Blueprint", a set of goals they would like to see passed in upcoming legislative agendas.

Shilling says the Badger Blueprint has several points, but two are at the top of the list....
"...education and infrastructure are critical for our state's success in a modern, global economy designed to expand access to quality education that benefits early childhood education and 4-K and investing in infrastructure improvement like broadband and transportation...."
She says they also want to partner with private investors and increasing collaboration between schools, colleges, and the private sector to help business startups. She says student debt loan relief is also critical to moving the state's economy forward.
