State Out With Fish Consumption Advisories

  The DNR is out with a webpage where you can get the latest information on how much fish caught in Wisconsin waters you can safely consume. The advisories center around mainly mercury and pcb contamination levels in fish flesh.

DNR toxicologist Candy Schrank says the webpage provides detailed information...

Most waters in the state are covered by general statewide advice. This year, the number of waters carrying more specific advice due to contamination levels is 146.
