A federal grand jury in Madison has handed down a nine-count indictment against a Lac du Flambeau couple for drug distribution.

28 year old Charlie Sunn Mishigaud and 25 year old Andrew Mishiguad were named in the indictments. Count one charges them with conspiracy to to distribute Oxycodone from January to June 2013. Count two charges Charlie Sunn Meshigaud with unlawfully distributing Oxycodone on May 21, 2013. Counts Three through Nine charge both defendants with unlawfully using wire communications to further the distribution.
Andrew Meshigaud is in the Vilas County Jail and Charlie Sunn Meshigaud was arrested in Milwaukee Thursday.
Previously Lois Vetterneck, BrandonVetterneck, and Derek Armstrong were indicted for distributing Oxycodone in Lac du Flambeau. All three have pleaded guilty and are awaiting sentencing.
The charges are from an investigation by the Wisconsin Department of Justice, the Lac du Flambeau Police Department, and the Vilas and Oneida County Sheriffs’ Departments.
