UPDATE: Victims Identified in Oneida County Double Homicide

The woman and man found dead in Oneida County were the mother and step-father of the 17-year-old suspect arrested Sunday in Indiana.

The victims have been identified as 37-year-old Thomas Ayers and 40-year-old Jennifer Ayers.

They were found dead Sunday morning at 1625 County Highway C, after a 911 call from a juvenile female reported an emergency at her residence.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office got the call at about 10:40 a.m. Sunday morning.

Three minor children at the residence were found unharmed, and information they provided to law enforcement implicated 17-year-old Ashlee Martinson in the death of the two adults, her mother and step-father.

Martinson was later arrested and held in Boone County, Indiana, along with 22-year-old Ryan Daniel Sisco who was with her.  They were being held in the county jail awaiting extradition back to Wisconsin.

Captain Terri Hook says Oneida County Sheriff’s deputies will question them both.

“He is not a suspect, but we knew they were together and we wanted to find both of them. Currently he is not a suspect but we have to talk to him.”

Hook says the investigation continues.

“It’s ongoing, we have lots of people to talk to. And obviously we’re still working on the scene, as well as doing an investigation of what happened by trying to speak with the suspect.”

Thomas Ayers’ sister Barbara Curtis tells the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel her brother moved here just over a year ago from North Dakota where he worked in oil drilling.  She says he married Jennifer a year ago and they had one child together.

The Journal Sentinel reports Martinson expressed a "fascination with death and torture," and kept a blog called Nightmare.
