A new report says 89 deaths in Wisconsin were the result of domestic violence in the past two years. October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. An Armstrong Creek man has avoided prison time but will be jailed for a February incident at his home in Forest County.
A first-degree attempted homicide charge was dropped against 52 year old Forrest Schaller. Schaller was arrested after gunshots were fired February 3 at a Dallman Road residence. Two people were found unhurt in the home.
