Jessie joined WXPR in 2003. She grew up in southern Wisconsin, but her Grandparents have always called the Northwoods home.

She feels thrilled to work with such a talented and dedicated group of volunteers and staff, and enjoys meeting and getting to know the supporters that make WXPR possible.

When she’s not at WXPR, she’s reading, biking, skiing, or spending time with her husband and son.

WXPR listeners hear Jessie during fun-drives, weekly on All Things Considered, and occasionally on Morning Edition

Jessie holds a BS in Design from Colorado State University.

Musician Wade Fernandez spoke with WXPR's Emily Bright in a memorable Live From the White Pine performance Thursday, July 16th.

Our thanks to Ellis Paul for a wonderful evening!

We did it! Our quiet drive goal was to raise $15,000 by Valentine's Day, without having a pledge drive and we did it! Thanks for showing your love.
