Five persons have been arrested in Rhinelander as part of a joint law enforcement effort to crack down on distributing methamphetamine.
Oneida County Lieutenant Terri Hook tells us more about the bust...
"....North Central Drug Enforcement Group, along with the Oneida County Sheriff's office, the Rhinelander Police Department, the Vilas County Sheriff's office and the Wisconsin Department of Justice executed a search warrant in the city of Rhinelander for the use, manufacturing and distribution of a controlled substance, specifically methamphetamine..."
Hook confirmed five people have been arrested. No other details were released. Hook said more will be released later.
