Former State Senator Says Gerrymander Case Will Return

The U.S. Supreme Court recently sent back to the federal court in Chicago the case of Gill vs. Whitford from Wisconsin. The case made it's way to the high court as a challenge by citizens here against what they felt was a case of gerrymandering, or drawing up political boundaries to benefit one political party.

Republicans did the redistricting eight years ago and Democrats and others said the lines were unfairly drawn to benefit Republicans, called in general terms gerrymandering.

While the court challenge was gathering steam, two former state Senators, Democrat Tim Cullen and Republican Dale Schultz traveled the state to make the case for the court challenge.

After the decision coming from the Supreme Court, WXPR's Ken Krall asked Schultz where he sees the matter...
