Student council advisor Kimberly M. Kargus-Myers holds aloft the state Spirit of Excellence Award that this year went to Lakeland Union High School. Representatives from the sponsor, the Wisconsin Association of School Councils, as well as other representatives involved in the selection process made the formal presentation Tuesday, Feb. 21st at an all-school assembly.
