A shooting early Wednesday has led to charges against an Oneida county man.
The Oneida County Sheriff's Department reports the arrest of Timothy Evenson from the Town of Nokomis.
Officials report shortly before 1 a.m. they were called that Evenson had a hand wound from a gunshot.
Another person at the residence also sustained injuries. Both were transported to the hospital with non-life threatening wounds. Evenson was arrested for intoxicated use of a firearm, 2nd degree reckless endangering safety, and endangering safety by reckless use of a firearm.
